Antibiotic Flumequine ELISA Test Kit for Meat and Seafood

Procedure OverviewThe method is based on a competitive, one step colorimetric enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The analyte-specific antibody has been coated to the plate wells. During analysis, sample is added along with the analyte-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (HRP). If the target analyte is present in the sample, it will compete for the antibody, thereby preventing the conjugated HRP from binding to the antibody coated to the plate well. The resulting color intensity, after addition of the TMB substrate, has an inverse relationship to the target analyte concentration in the sample.Order No.: ME11HERBrochure-Meat, Eggs and Seafood Test Ver.2022-1Brochure-Meat, Eggs and Seafood Test Ver.2023-1Flyer-Company Overview
