Antibiotic Abamectin ELISA Test Kit for Seafood

【Summary】

Abamectins belong to macrolide antibiotics isolated from the fermentation products of Streptomyces which is effective in killing parasitic nematodes and arthropods of plants and animals. It is 5 to 50 times more effective than common pesticides and has a long-lasting effect. Abamectins are excellent new antibiotics for crops and livestock that is widely used in crop cultivation and animal breeding. This class of drugs includes abamectin, ivermectin, doramectin, moxidectin, eprinomectin, etc. which belong to highly toxic microbial pesticides.

【Principles】

The Abamectin ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the antibody (antibody solution) with Abamectin in the sample, anti-Abamectin antibody binds to the HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Abamectin concentration of the samples is derived.
