[Product Name]
Enterobacter sakazakii Real Time PCR Kit
[Order No.]LR70401F
[Package]96T
[Principle]
During the PCR reaction, the DNA polymerase cleaves the probe and separates the reporter dye from the quencher dye only when the probe hybridizes to the target DNA. This cleavage result in the fluorescent signal generated by the cleaved dye, which is monitored real-time by the PCR detection system. The PCR cycle at which an increase fluorescent signal is detected initially is proportional to the amount of the specific PCR product.
[Intended Use]
Used for the detection of Enterobacter sakazakii in food and environmental samples, or for the identification of Enterobacter sakazakii strains, not for clinical diagnosis.
