ASPE480 Immunoaffinity and Solid Phase Extraction System is a multifunctional sample preparation instrument that can perform both immunoaffinity chromatography and traditional solid phase extraction. It is widely used for extraction and enrichment of biotoxin, pesticide/veterinary residues, organic materials and other trace contaminants in food, feed, grain, dairy products and herbs industries. The whole operation for ASPE480 is fully automated from removing cap of IAC columns, activation, sample loading to elution. There are 4 extraction channels and 48 samples can be prepared continuously. Built-in syringe pumps can ensure an accurate flow rate and good reproducibility. An environment friendly enclosed frame shall guarantee users' health.
Working principle
Immunoaffinity chromatography principle
Based on the specificity and reversible binding reaction of antigens and antibodies, appropriate solvent is chosen to remove interfering substances and elute the target substances, so as to realize the enrichment and purification of the target substance(s).
Solid phase extraction (SPE) principle
SPE column is activated with reagent or buffer solution, sample is adsorbed on the SPE column stationary phase after being loaded into the SPE column. Using appropriate solvent to remove the interfering substances, so as to realize the enrichment and purification of the target substance(s).
