Dairy Antibiotic Lincomycin ELISA Test Kit

【Summary】

Lincomycin is a Lincosamides antibiotic mainly used to restrain synthesis of bacterial protein. Lincomycin residual in livestock and poultry will hurt liver and cause allergic reaction and Cardiovascular reaction.

【Use Principles】

Lincomycin ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Lincomycin antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Lincomycin antibody (antibody solution) with Lincomycin in the sample, anti- Lincomycin antibody binds to the Lincomycin -HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Lincomycin concentration of the samples is derived.
