This Enterotoxins Test kit adopts double antibody sandwich ELISA method. Pre-coat the total amount of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin antibody on the microplate. Both the total amount of pre-coated enterotoxin antibody and detection antibody bind to the enterotoxin in the sample at the same time. And then the complex combines with the HRP-conjugate to form an antibody- enterotoxin- antibody- enzyme- HRP-conjugate, which can be colored by TMB substrate. The absorbance of the sample is positively correlated with the content of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin.
