[Summary]
Acetamiprid is an organic compound. It is systemic and intended to control sucking insects (Thysanoptera, Hemiptera, mainly aphids) on crops such as leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, pome fruits, grapes, cotton, cole crops, and ornamental plants. Acetamiprid is an insecticide belonging to the chloronicotintl neonicotinoids, this compound is an insecticide that is introduced for controlling pests. It is, however, reported as a reproduction/developmental toxicant. It is moderately toxic to honeybees and most aquatic organisms. Acetamiprid is highly toxic to insects, but less to mammals.
[Principles]
Acetamiprid ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The acetamiprid antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the acetamiprid antibody (antibody solution) with acetamiprid in the sample, anti-acetamiprid antibody binds to the acetamiprid-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the acetamiprid concentration of the samples is derived.
