【Summary】
Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic, which is used to treat bacterial and mycoplasma infections. It also can be used as a feed additive to improve feed transformation efficiency and increase body weight.
【Use Principles】
Erythromycin ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Erythromycin antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Erythromycin antibody (antibody solution) with Erythromycin in the sample, anti-Erythromycin antibody binds to the Erythromycin-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Erythromycin concentration of the samples is derived.
【Scope of Application】
Qualitative or quantitative analysis of Erythromycin in honey.
【Cross Reactivity】
Erythromycin…………………………………….…………..……100%
Tilmicosin…………………………………………………………<0.1%
Tylosin…………………………………….………………..…….<0.1%
