【Summary】 

Trimethoprim (TMP) is a common synergist for trimethoprim. The combination use of trimethoprim and trimethoprim drugs enhances the antibacterial effect significantly. It is restricted in human consumption animals.

【Use Principles】 

Trimethoprim ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The trimethoprim antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the trimethoprim antibody (antibody solution) with trimethoprim in the sample, anti- trimethoprim antibody binds to the trimethoprim-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipet the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the trimethoprim concentration of the samples is derived.
