1. Purpose:
IAC Mycotoxins 6-in-1 Combo Instruction Manual
Order No.: HCM3110
- Sodium hydroxide (NaOH): AnalyticalGrade
The immunoaffinity column can simultaneously adsorb Aflatoxin (AFT B1, AFT B2, AFT G1, AFT G2, AFT M1, AFT M2), Zearalenone
(ZEN) and its derivatives (ZAN, α-ZOL, β-ZOL, α-ZAL, β-ZAL), Deoxynivalenol (DON) and 15-Acetyldeoxynivalenol (15-ADON), Ochratoxin (OTA), T-2 toxin and HT-2 toxin, fumonisin (FB1, FB2, FB3) from the sample extract solution, thereby having a highly targeted purification effect on the above 20 toxins of the six major types, and the samples that have be purified after passing through the column can be used in LC-MS (LC-MS/MS) analysis.
2. Overview:
The basis of the measurement is the antigen-antibody reaction. 20 antibodies of six main toxins are connected to the column concurrently. After the sample is extracted and filtered, it is slowly passed through the immunoaffinity column. The toxins bind to the corresponding antibodies in the column. The immunoaffinity column is then washed to remove other unrelated substances that have not been bound. Elute the toxin with eluent and then inject into the analytical instrument for detection.
3. Components of the kit:
Each kit contains 6 in 1 immunoaffinity columns and 1 instruction manual.

Note:
- Allow the immunoaffinity column to return to room temperature (22 to 25°C) before
- The affinity column should be stored at 2 to 8°C, do not
- Dot use any expired immunoaffinity
- The sample volume can be increased or decreased appropriately as required, and the volume of the extraction solution should be adjusted
- The pH of the loading solution of the affinity column should be within the range of 6 to 8. If it deviates from this range, the pH should be adjusted with dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute sodium hydroxide.
- Maintaining consistency (such as polarity, pH, and concentration) between the test solvent loaded into any analytical instrument and the mobile phase can help eliminate any adverse solvent

- Aflatoxin, Zearalenone, Vomitoxin , Ochratoxin,T-2 toxins and Fumonisin, as well as the derivatives of these toxins are toxic; and gloves should be worn when handling
- The used container and toxin solution is best soaked with sodium hypochlorite solution (5%V/V)overnight
- Ensure the LC-MS/MS is clean and the tubing is primed appropriately for each
