【Summary】
Doramectin belongs to avermectins antibiotics, which are macrolide antibiotics isolated from the fermentation product of Streptomyces and have efficient killing effects on parasitic nematodes and arthropods of animals and plants. It is 5 to 50 times more effective than common pesticides and has a long-lasting effect. Doramectin is an excellent new antibiotic for crops and livestock that is widely used in crop cultivation and animal breeding. This class of drugs includes abamectin, ivermectin, doramectin, moxidectin, eprinomectin, acetamide abamectin, etc. Which belong to highly toxic microbial pesticides.
【Use Principles】
Doramectin ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Doramectin antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Doramectin antibody (antibody solution) with Doramectin in the sample, anti-Doramectin antibody binds to the Doramectin-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Doramectin concentration of the samples is derived.
【Cross Reactivity】
