【Summary】
Thiamphenicol is a widely used antibiotic, illegal additions exist in the livestock industry. Excessive use of this drug will lead to high concentrations of drug residues in livestock and poultry products, which will directly affect the health of consumers. The detection method is sensitive, fast, simple, and specific, only need 45 minutes for operating and a small amount of sampling.
【Intended Use】
The Thiamphenicol ELISA Kit is competitive ELISA for the qualitative or quantitative analysis of thiamphenicol in samples of animal tissues, eggs etc.
【Use Principles】
The Thiamphenicol ELISA kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the antibody (antibody solution) with thiamphenicol in the sample, anti-thiamphenicol antibody binds to the HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the thiamphenicol concentration of the samples is derived.
【Cross-reactivity】
Thiamphenicol 100%
Chloramphenicol 200%
Florfenicol 20%
