【Summary】
Enrofloxacin (ENR) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Enrofloxacin is currently approved by the FDA for the treatment of individual pets and domestic animals in the United States. It is a bactericidal agent. Enrofloxacin has demonstrated a significant post-antibiotic effect for both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria and is active in both stationary and growth phases of bacterial replication.
【Principles】
The Enrofloxacin ELISA kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the antibody (antibody solution) with Enrofloxacin in the sample, anti-enrofloxacin antibody binds to the HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the enrofloxacin concentration of the samples is derived.
【Scope of Application】
The Enrofloxacin ELISA Kit is competitive ELISA for the qualitative or quantitative analysis of enrofloxacin in samples of animal tissues, eggs, etc.
【Cross Reactivity】
Enrofloxacin (ENR) 100%
