Illegal Additives Crystal violet ELISA Test Kit for Fish, Shrimp and Water

【Summary】 

Residues of Crystal violet (CV), a veterinary drug illegally used for the treatment of aqua-cultured fish. The detection of illegal additive residues such as Crystal violet in seafood and water is of great concern for the aquaculture because of the potential interfering and adverse effects of illegal additive residues frequently found in seafood and water.

【Use Principles】 

Crystal violet ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Crystal violet antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Crystal violet antibody (antibody solution) with Crystal violet in the sample, anti- Crystal violet antibody binds to the malachite green-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Crystal violet concentration of the samples is derived.

Qualitative or quantitative analysis of crystal violet, leuco-crystal violet, malachite green and leuco-malachite green residues in seafood (fish, shrimp), water, etc.
