Background:
Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic mainly used to prevent livestock and poultry pathogens and mycoplasma infections.
Use Principles:
Tylosin ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Tylosin antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Tylosin antibody (antibody solution) with Tylosin in the sample, anti-Tylosin antibody binds to the Tylosin-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Tylosin concentration of the samples is derived.
