Florfenicol is a widely used antibiotic, but has serious side effects, which can cause human potential aplastic anemia and bacterial drug resistance. The detection method is sensitive, fast, simple, and specific, only need 45 minutes for operating and a small amount of sampling.
【Intended Use】
The Florfenicol ELISA Kit is competitive ELISA for the qualitative or quantitative analysis of florfenicol in samples of animal tissues, feed, eggs etc.
【Use Principles】
The Florfenicol ELISA kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the antibody (antibody solution) with Florfenicol in the sample, anti-florfenicol antibody binds to the HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the florfenicol concentration of the samples is derived.
