Background:
Tilmicosin is a macrolide antibiotic mainly used to prevent livestock and poultry pathogens and mycoplasma infections.
Use Principles:
Tilmicosin ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Tilmicosin antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Tilmicosin antibody (antibody solution) with Tilmicosin in the sample, anti-Tilmicosin antibody binds to the Tilmicosin-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Tilmicosin concentration of the samples is derived.
