【Summary】

Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a number of bacterial infections. It is a bactericidal agent. Ciprofloxacin is active against some Gram-positive and many Gram-negative bacteria.

【Principles】

The Ciprofloxacin ELISA kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the antibody (antibody solution) with Ciprofloxacin in the sample, anti-ciprofloxacin antibody binds to the HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the ciprofloxacin concentration of the samples is derived.

【Scope of Application】

The Ciprofloxacin ELISA Kit is competitive ELISA for the qualitative or quantitative analysis of ciprofloxacin in samples of animal tissues, eggs, etc.
