Summary

Colistin sulfate is an antibacterial spectrum drug. It has antibacterial effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Haemophilus, enterobacter, Salmonella, Shigella, pertussis, pasteurella and Vibrio.

The kit is a detection product developed by using ELISA technology. It has the advantages of fast, simple, accurate and high sensitivity. The operation time is only 45 minutes, which can minimize the operation error and work intensity.

Use Principles

Colistin Sulfate ELISA Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The colistin sulfate antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the colistin sulfate antibody (antibody solution) with colistin sulfate in the sample, anti-colistin sulfate antibody binds to the colistin sulfate-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to develop the color.

Compare the color of tested samples to the color of the standards to get the colistin sulfate concentration of the samples.
