Seafood and Water Illegal Additive Malachite Green ELISA Test Kit

【Summary】 

Residues of malachite green (MG), a veterinary drug illegally used for the treatment of aqua-cultured fish. The detection of illegal additive residues such as malachite green in seafood and water is of great concern for the aquaculture because of the potential interfering and adverse effects of illegal additive residues frequently found in seafood and water.

【Use Principles】 

Malachite green ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The malachite green antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the malachite green antibody (antibody solution) with malachite green in the sample, anti- malachite green antibody binds to the malachite green-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the malachite green concentration of the samples is derived.

Note:

1. The concentrations of the standards are 0ppb, 0.03ppb, 0.09ppb, 0.27ppb and 0.81ppb.
2. Sample extractant A and B: After each test, please seal the zip lock bag and put it in the aluminum foil bag with desiccant for sealing again.
