Use Principles

Trimethoprim (TMP) ELISA Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Trimethoprim (TMP) antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Trimethoprim (TMP) antibody (antibody solution) with Trimethoprim (TMP)s in the sample, anti- Trimethoprim (TMP) antibody binds to the Trimethoprim-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipet the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Trimethoprim (TMP) concentration of the samples is derived.
