Food Processing and Testing Technology in Developing Countries Webinar was successfully held in Beijing on December 1 to 12, 2021. It was organized by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and host by China National Research Institue of Food and Fermentation Industries.
The Webinar is aim to provide a comprehensive training from testing principle to on-site practice in food processing and testing field to the students coming from developing countries. The important significance of this training is to establish a global network of experts in the food industry, and to promote technology, product trade and international cooperation in the field of crops.
The International Training Center invited Professor Ke Runhui, deputy director of the National Food Quality Inspection and Testing Center, as a high-level lecturer to give students professional courses combined theoretical reports and practical demonstrations to help them understand mycotoxins detection technical progress.
Meizheng, as a technical support company, appointed two experts to attend the Webinar. During the Webinar, Meizheng gave a wonderful report during the training, which talked about the Aflatoxins rapid test technology including Lateral Flow Rapid Test Kit and ELISA Test Kit. During the training, Meizheng also demonstrated two kinds of rapid test products (Aflatoxin B1 Rapid Test Kit and Aflatoxin B1 ELISA Test Kit) to the students which helped them understand the rapid test products application well.
In the meanwhile, rapid test technologies are very popular food safety detection technologies worldwide. Compared with HPLC and LC-MS/MS, rapid test technologies are easy to operate with low cost. In addation, the operator could get the reliable results and can perform on-site without any complicated quipment.
